Proojekto

An editorial project passes through many hands: those who write, those who proofread, those who lay out, those who approve. Proojekto brings those stages together in one place, whatever is being produced.

Contributors write online and submit their copy for approval. Layout then takes over: PDF proofs are uploaded, annotated, corrected, through to final sign-off.

Nothing goes missing on the way. Every version, every comment, every correction request is recorded: at any moment you know where a document stands, and who approved what.

More than sixty local authorities of over 10,000 inhabitants use it today. I took the project from design through to delivery: started in 2025, in service since 2026.
