Naming Banq

A registered trademark that is no longer used remains an asset: it keeps its seniority, its classes, its protection in one or more countries. Naming Banq wakes those dormant names up by putting them in front of companies looking for a name already cleared in law, rather than one to invent and then protect.

Portfolio holders and trademark attorneys get a space to declare their marks, class by class and country by country, and choose the ones they put up for sale. Access runs on an annual subscription paid online; the platform takes no commission on sales.

Buyers browse a catalogue filtered by class, by country and by holder, then deal directly with the owner of the name. The platform makes the introduction and leaves the contract to each side’s attorneys: it never stands in the middle of the transaction.
