Revue Administrer

Administrer is the legal journal of French property professionals, published by UNIS for more than fifty years. Each month it selects and comments on studies, case law and ministerial answers for property managers, co-ownership managers and letting agents.

The challenge was to take access to the journal digital, and above all to sell it. Readers subscribe online, print + web or all-digital, and pay with no automatic renewal.

Subscriptions are still managed in Mahalo, the publisher’s subscription management software. The site syncs with it: a subscription taken online lands there, and Mahalo decides what each subscriber may read — the publisher has no second file to keep.

Once signed in, subscribers leaf through the month’s issue in a reader on the day it comes out, find every other one in the newsstand back to 2008, and search the 4,700 or so articles by keyword, issue, date, author or section.
